Security issues
Report vulnerabilities to the same address, or to the contact listed in /.well-known/security.txt. Please do not publish a vulnerability before it has been addressed.
Account and data requests
- Delete my account and data — email the address above from the account you want removed.
- Access my data — ask, and we will tell you what is stored against your account.
- Being locked out — email from the address on the account.
What to include in a bug report
The tool you were using, roughly when it failed, what you uploaded, and the error text if one appeared. If a specific document triggers the problem, please describe it rather than sending a file containing patient or personal data.
Response
Support is handled by the person who builds the product, so replies may not be instant.
