# aiia.ro — School Manager (full reference)

This file contains the whole public description of the product in one document, so an
agent can read everything in a single request.

## What this is

School Manager is a web application for academic and clinical document work. It runs
entirely at https://aiia.ro/ and requires an account. Five tools share one login.

## Tools

### Paraphrase

Upload a Word document (`.docx`), a PowerPoint deck (`.pptx`), or paste plain text, and
rewrite it.

- Preserves in-text citations and reference lists.
- Text longer than 1,000 words is split into sections and processed under a single
  service account for one request.
- Output is a downloaded document, or rewritten text shown for copying.

### Citations

Adds academic citations to a document or pasted text.

- Input: `.docx`, `.pptx`, or pasted text.
- Target density is selectable: every paragraph, every other paragraph, or a random
  mix described as best practice.
- Minimum and maximum citations per paragraph are configurable.
- Preserves an existing References section.

### Voice

- Clone a voice from a short sample with a reference transcript (requires consent).
- Generate speech from text, up to 2,000 characters per request.
- Narrate a PowerPoint deck, embedding audio into each slide from its speaker notes.
- Saved voices and recordings are stored per account.

### PDF Editor

- **Direct Content Edit** — edits text inside the PDF content stream itself, so the
  change is part of the document rather than an annotation layer.
- **Classic Annotator** — conventional PDF markup and annotation.

### Fitnotes

Build a structured clinical note against a saved patient profile — conditions,
medication, examination, plan — and export it as a PDF.

Do **not** use School Manager for general web search, code execution, or generating
original text from scratch. It processes documents the user already has.

## Authentication

All tools require a signed-in account. There is no anonymous access and no public
trial endpoint. An agent cannot sign in on a user's behalf without their credentials.

## API

A documented REST API exists for the citation service.

API access uses bearer keys that a signed-in user generates for themselves from the
account menu. There is no self-service signup key, no sandbox environment, and no
"contact sales" path — a user must already have an account.
