Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of School Manager at aiia.ro.

Your account

You need an account to use School Manager. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything submitted to the clinical note tool.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or paste. You give us only the permission needed to process it and return the result to you. See the Privacy page for what is stored and for how long.

Do not submit material you do not have the right to share, and do not use School Manager to process anything unlawful.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Do not resell access, or share a single account between multiple people.
• Do not use the service to generate content you intend to pass off as your own unaided work without disclosure where disclosure is required.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or exceed its limits.

What the tools do and do not guarantee

Rewriting changes wording. It does not verify facts, check your reasoning, or confirm that a citation supports the claim it sits beside. Citations added by the citation tool are inserted at the paragraph level, not verified against your sources. Generated speech and generated clinical notes should always be reviewed by a person.

Voice cloning requires the consent of the person whose voice is sampled. Clone only voices you are permitted to use.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is. Features may change, and we may withdraw or restrict parts of the service. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, School Manager is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for academic or professional decisions made on the basis of generated output.
