One person, a lot of leverage.
I'm Andrei, and I'm Romanian. I design each workflow, build it with AI coding agents, test it on real inputs and run it on infrastructure I manage myself. That's how one person can take something from a message to working software quickly, and keep the price low.
My rule is that automation should leave a trail: you should always be able to see what it did, and the decisions that carry risk stay with a person.

The future is not evenly distributed
Every business can open the same AI tools. Very few have wired them into the work they do every day. That gap is where I work.
